The star architect Jean-Michel Kathy

The two Japanese gourmet restaurants, one of which is located in the heart of the hotel and one high up on the mountain at 2,300 meters above sea level, create just as much of a sensation.

From May 2023, the two talented twins and top chefs Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon will take the reins at The Japanese Restaurant and The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt.

Both Sato and Toffolon worked in leading positions at the best chefs in Switzerland and Europe - now they combine their expertise as executive chefs at the 5-star deluxe hotel and inspire national and international guests with their culinary skills.
