Yesterday, after reading the report about the great cigar lounge at the Chedi Andermatt, I traveled there for a day trip and visited the Chedi in the early afternoon. A service employee at reception showed me the way to the lounge and promised to send a service colleague there. So I took a seat in the beautifully designed, cozy lounge and waited for the promised service. Unfortunately, nothing happened, so after studying the cigar menu in detail and waiting in vain, I left the lounge and the hotel a good fifteen minutes later. This was certainly not five-star service.
Too bad, I was really looking forward to the Davidoff house cigar.
