1 - How you can win
- Participate can all persons from 18 years who are members of Zigarren.Zone Social Network.
- Please fill out the form and submit it.
- To which countries will the prize be sent? To all countries to which we are allowed to send tobacco products by mail as a gift. For tobacco products except Austria (prohibited by law).
- All correct entries will be entered into a drawing on the date shown above.
- Answers made on social media are excluded from the draw.
- You are required to take a few selfies of yourself with the prize on it. Please send the photos to genuss@zigarren.zone. A short report will be published on ZigarrenZone.
- Your photo will appear on Zigarren.Zone, social media and search engines. Subsequent deletion of the post and/or your photos are excluded.
2 - How to be informed if you have won
- The winner will be announced by date as noted above.
- The winner will be announced in the article.
- Additionally the winner will get an eMail. Please make sure that you write the email address correctly and that your mailbox is not full. Also pay attention to the spam folder.
3 - How the shipping is done
- The shipment will be made by Swiss Post worldwide, uninsured, within 1 week after notification of the prize.
- Applies to parcels shipped outside Switzerland; deliveries within Switzerland are excluded from this NOT affected: Any customs duties, levies, VAT, etc. shall be borne by the winner, who shall pay them directly to the relevant office. The winner pays nothing to ZigarrenZone GmbH.
4 - The small print
- No cash payment.
- No correspondence.
- The legal process is excluded.
- If a member forwards the passwords to one or more third persons, ZigarrenZone GmbH will hand over the case to the legal service.
- No replacement in case of loss or damage of the package and the goods.
- The raffle regulations can be adapted by Zigarren.Zone at any time without notice to current circumstances.
- Provided you get the prize and do not want to keep it: You may use the profit not Use.
