Pfeffikon/LU, 04.05.2026 - The Board of Directors of Villiger Söhne Holding AG appoints
Christoph Schüpbach as the new CEO of the Villiger Group and thanks the previous
Managing Director Clemens Gütermann, who was appointed after completing a comprehensive
retires during the handover phase in 2027.
