Cocktail Pairing with a terrific Gilbert de Montsalvat. This show was recorded from The Chedi Andermatt. You have to see the pairing with cigar. Marie Gerber (Manager Bar & Lounges The Chedi Andermatt) and I talk about the pairing interaction with the cigar and the cigar service of the feel-good luxury hotel. Spoiler alert: The cigar lounge can be visited by anyone, even if they're not a guest. And: The cigars have normal dealer prices, rarities excluded of course.

Gilbert's Best Friend
This cocktail is called "Gilbert's Best Friend". It consists of 4 ingredients. How to mix this fantastic cocktail yourself you will learn below. The cigar is from the "10 Anniversary" line and is a Gran Robusto. I mixed the cocktail shortly before the show. How I succeeded and how the interaction between the cigar and the cocktail tastes, you will experience in the following broadcast. I wish you a lot of fun and enjoyment.
- We enjoyed the following cocktail while talking: GILBERT'S BEST FRIEND
- 2cl pisco
- 2cl Jsotta Rose Vermouth
- 1cl quince liqueur
- 1cl sherry
- All ingredients in a small glass with ice and stir until you have the perfect balance. You can also first mix all ingredients without sherry; then taste and then add sherry, then you notice again nicely how it changes.

Absolutely. Of course, also puff cigars - the prices are normal dealer prices without the typical hotel surcharge (except for rarities, but even there there are very reasonable prices now and then). The bar of The Chedi Andermatt has just received the first place for the best hotel bar in Switzerland. A great award.
