At the end of April, cigar retailer Barbara Ullrich invited her guests to an exclusive event in her Erkelenz lounge. She was supported by 5th Avenue representative Matthias Hümbs.

Three cigars

In a pleasant atmosphere, the participants enjoyed a delightful evening with three first-class cigars from Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic and perfectly matched spirits and other culinary accompaniments.

Three courses

The lounge, which is located away from the store on Beeckerstraße, provided the perfect setting for the event. Over tapas and stimulating conversation, the guests got in the mood for the evening together. The first course was the VegaFina Línea 1998 No. 50, which was harmoniously combined with a Hampden rum. A Caribbean salad rounded off the taste experience. The second course focused on the Línea Puro Robusto from Flor de Copan, which was accompanied by a Plantation rum. The group also enjoyed a tasty Caribbean burger.

The crowning glory was the Capitol Jack, which was served with a Dictador rum and a slice of banana cake with chocolate sauce.

The mood

The atmosphere was exuberant and the guests were delighted with the selection of cigars and the culinary accompaniment. "It was a really nice and successful evening," summed up one participant. "The atmosphere was great and the cigars were just perfect."

Barbara Ullrich was delighted with the positive feedback and thanked her guests for coming. "I really enjoyed spending this evening with you," said Ullrich. "I'm already looking forward to the next one!"
