10 years of Feria del Tabaco - pleasure meets passion
A unique in-house exhibition in Zurich: MANUEL'S brings together cigar importers, manufacturers and aficionados for an enjoyable meeting of a special kind. For ten years now, the Feria del Tabaco cigar lovers come together in Zurich. What once began as a small in-house exhibition is now a fixed date in the calendar of the Swiss cigar scene. Numerous importers present their exclusive cigars, accessories and new products. For two days, the MANUEL'S into a lively forum of enjoyment: talks, tastings, innovations and encounters - all under the sign of the cigar. An anniversary that is not only celebrated, but also enjoyed.

A very special cigar
"The 2012 is something very special," says Dirk and picks up one of the cigars. "It immediately stands out - both visually and in terms of taste - and stands for very high quality." He speaks with palpable pride: "I work in the field and haven't had a single complaint so far. That says a lot. These cigars are really excellently made - and the taste is simply superb."
Three cover sheets, three characters
The 2012 series is known for its variety. Dirk explains: "We have different variants - with Connecticut, Habano and Sumatra wrappers. Each one has its own character. That makes tasting them a real pleasure, because you realize how different the flavours can be." His eyes light up as he talks about the cigars. You can sense that this is someone who not only sells, but is enthusiastic himself.
Family business with heart
Finally, Dirk addresses a few personal words to the readers: "I think it's wonderful that we're allowed to be here at Manuel's - a big thank you for that." He adds: "We are a family business. What counts for us is togetherness, passion and enjoyment of our work. We put our heart and soul into what we do - and you can feel that in our cigars."
