The idea for this special event came to Torger Brunken, owner of La Casa del Habano Bonn, during a Habanos and Taittinger tasting at this year's Festival del Habano in Havana in February 2024. Based on this experience, Brunken further developed the idea with the partners of Schloss Miel into the event that has now been realized.
