La Gloria Cubana Glorias: Inspect the three specimens first.The anilla (cigar ring) is neatly printed and cleanly embossed. The second ring shows: These cigars have been created exclusively for La Casa del Habano and can only be purchased in these stores.I tested three specimens (on three different days). The wrapper is very nice and occasionally has slightly thick veins. Well, „thick“ is already too much to say, it is a natural product and therefore everything is in the green zone for me.Lighting up is perfect. The first five minutes are characterised by an even burn; the strength is light to light-medium at most; the taste is pleasant on the tongue and also retronasal;
With the ZiZo R+ technique it is intense (What is this technique? See link below in resources on the topic); the draw resistance is a little too firm, this is not a fault of the cigar (it just needs to stay put a little longer).
The aftertaste note is pleasant, discreet and lasting.The aroma (the scent or room note of the smoke) is mild and slightly spicy.The ash is compact and holds well. During the smoke, all three samples tasted almost the same: slightly sweet / cocoa / wood and slightly acidic on the tongue. Retronasal gives it a little more strength: slightly grassy / slightly spicy / cocoa / coffee beans / wood / slightly acidic. R+ technique: grassy / slightly spicy / slightly acidic.The flavour progression: constant and subtle increase on the tongue, retronasal and R+ technique.In the last third, it becomes a little bitchy if you draw on it too hastily. This is not a fault of the cigar. I did not know the boxing date of the three specimens.I wrote down my tasting notes with the ZiZo tool.
