Juana Ramos Guerra is the melodious name of one of Cuba's best cigar rollers. She has been making the finest Habanos for over 50 years and was once one of the co-founders of the legendary Cohiba factory El Laguito in Havana. In recent years, she has worked as a roller at La Casa del Habano in the Hotel Meliá Cohiba and then in the cigar shop in the neighbouring Hotel Riviera.

25 aficionados accepted the invitation to a very special evening with Juanita and enjoyed her craftsmanship and the freshly rolled cigars.

Since the beginning of October, „Juanita“, as she is known to countless cigar lovers around the world, has also been on the road in German tobacco shops. Last week, she made a stop at the Habanos Point shop Baydar&Sahin in Essen. 25 aficionados accepted the invitation to a very special evening with Juanita and enjoyed her artistry and the freshly rolled cigars. The event was organised by Gökcay Baydar and his partner Onur Sahin. Also present was 5th Avenue sales representative Michael Zinser, who looks after the Baydar&Sahin Lounge on behalf of the German Habanos importer.
