Corrida Brazil Robusto Plus - actually it is spelt like this: Robusto+ . And not really too. What a great cigar! PENG! I love Brazil tobacco. But there must be experts at work composing the cigar so that your head doesn't explode and your tongue doesn't fall off! I have tested three examples. Get ready for something when you buy this cigar. 100% Brazil tobacco. But not in the way you think (in case you think you don't like Brazil tobacco). The cold draw surprised me: it reminded me of forest and somehow also of ‘fresh forest„. No idea what my brain hatched there.The wrapper leaf is silky, the construction is even. Rolled a little too hard for my taste, but the draw resistance was still excellent. Lighting up is evenly successful, perhaps a little more difficult than expected. But that doesn't matter, because the cigar glows perfectly afterwards.The burn is constant. About halfway through there was a crooked burn, which I had to correct with the flame. That was the only time. It is interesting to note that this happened with all three specimens that I tested.The cigar has a strength of 4/5, even 5/5 depending on your mood on the day. It really blows your mind, so you should have eaten well beforehand. But nothing spicy, please, so that you can enjoy the full-bodied flavour of the cigar.It makes a lot of vapour! The room note (flavour) is rich and spicy. Marvellous!Let's move on to the flavour. Tongue and palate: slightly sweet (subtle on the lips, and when the tongue got to it, I tasted it) / grassy / slightly peppery / spicy / wood (it reminded me of bark and freshly cut wood / slightly salty with time / slightly acidic. A fantastically full-bodied cigar. Not a lightweight!Retronasal: grassy / slightly peppery / spicy / wood (here too bark and freshly cut wood, very interesting) / slightly acidic. //// ZiZo R+ Technique: slightly peppery / spicy / wood, also as described above. Simply an incredibly cool, full-bodied, aromatic smoke. Yes, and strong.The Corrida Brazil Robusto+ glows excellently and for a long time.It increases constantly, but at a leisurely pace. That's completely ok, because it's so rich in flavour that you notice it right from the start. It takes off like a jet: engine on (this takes a little time), then the thing rolls on the runway and very quickly becomes very fast and then: WUMMS, off into the sky, steeply up to the stars. That's the Corrida Brazil Robusto+ for me. Now I need to recover.
