A cigar test is subjective

Note: How the cigar tastes is influenced by personal taste preferences, taste memories, the shape of the day, what you have eaten or drunk before. Even the lighting mood in the room has an influence on the experienced taste. The notes described here therefore do not have to match your own impressions.

Conclusion Hades Cigars Negro Toro Especial tasting report

A welcome discovery in the world of cigars! Tobias Dräyer is passionate about his brand. No wonder - because he went to great lengths to ensure that his cigar found its way from Nicaragua to Switzerland.

After purchase, I recommend acclimatization for at least 10 days (in cellophane and humidor). According to the standard, it does not glow quite as long as you might be used to. The ash is not yet very compact and separates every half to two centimeters. The occasional slightly crooked burn is straightened out with the flame.

This is not a fault of the cigar, but the tobacco simply needs to rest a little longer.

An otherwise completely uncomplicated cigar. I tested two of them and I really enjoyed them! I particularly liked the balanced harmony between sweetness and acidity. Mixed with nut and wood, and retronasally lots of roasted aromas of coffee beans and wood - I really like that!

You can find the Google link to the brand under Resources below. It is currently being sent to Swiss addresses. Be sure to test it!

As always, "If the cigar tastes good to me, then maybe to you. But if you don't like it, then there's more for me!" 🙂

Hades Cigars Toro Especiales
A pleasure right to the end!
