The Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition is the second exclusive anniversary edition within the prestigious Black Band Collection. It underlines Davidoff's leading role in blending cigars with tobaccos from different origins and emphasizes the brand's innovative strength.

A highlight: one of the Dominican filler tobaccos was fermented in a bourbon barrel, which gives the cigar additional sweetness and depth.

The history of the Escurio line

In 2013, Davidoff's master blenders set out in search of new taste experiences outside the Dominican Republic. The result: the introduction of the Nicaragua line - the first Davidoff with a black band. Two years later, in 2015, the Davidoff Escurio line launched. It combines the spice of Brazilian Mata Fina tobaccos with the creaminess of Dominican tobaccos. Escurio stands for medium-intensity aromas with a unique salty-sweet profile. The line offers exclusive formats such as Petit Robusto, Gran Toro, Corona Gorda and Gran Perfectowhich are popular all over the world and Robusto were added.

The Gran Toro with a ring gauge of 56 (Ø 2.2 cm x 15.2 cm) brings these contrasts together harmoniously and ensures an intense smoking experience lasting 60 to 70 minutes.

To mark its tenth anniversary, Davidoff is launching an elaborately composed Gran Toro cigar on the market. The tobaccos in this limited edition come from Brazil and the Dominican Republic and have been matured for a total of 45 years.
