A cigar test is subjective

Conclusion Villiger La Meridiana Gigantes
The Villiger La Meridiana Gigante is a quality product. The tobacco and the production of the cigar are all made in one country: Nicaragua. That's why a cigar like this is called a "Puro". It deserves the format designation "Gigante": long and thick. An almost imposing impression when you take the cigar out of your pocket in the beer garden and light it.
The workmanship of the Villiger La Meridiana Gigantes is first class: Great tobacco, very well rolled, beautiful wrapper - everything on the upper scale. I was surprised by the mildness of the cigar: 2/5 at the beginning for long stretches and 3/5 from the second half onwards. You can see here that Nicaraguan tobacco is not always very strong. A milder wrapper was chosen here, which combines the flavor nuances wonderfully.
I tested two samples. I was struck by the chocolate notes mixed with cocoa and nuts. Quite wonderful.

The burn-off is quite normal. Occasionally slightly wavy and it usually corrects itself. From the second half onwards, I rarely had to correct it with the flame. The ash is compact and firm. The Gigante glows easily and you don't have to pull on it constantly. This is a good thing, because otherwise the cigar would overheat and the taste would be ruined.
A fat and at the same time totally cozy and relaxed smoke. And did you see the price above? Such a low price for such a cigar? Top - that's as good as it gets.
Swiss retailers - wake up!
I was surprised that I found almost no sales outlets in Switzerland with the Google search. It is of course available in Villiger's online store and at a few other retailers. Otherwise: dead in the water - especially as far as the big online stores are concerned. Hey - Swiss retailers - wake up! ?
