Habanos, S.A. presents the travelling humidor Trinidad Robustos Extra (50 ring gauge x 155 mm length), which was specially developed for duty free and travel retail sales.

The market launch took place during the Moodie Davitt Report's planned Virtual Travel Retail Expo 2020 which will be held this year from 12 to 16 October and will take place as a virtual event for the first time in its history.
The Trinidad Robustos Extra travelling humidor, which contains 14 Habanos, is elegant and practical and is the perfect travel accessory for Habanos enthusiasts. The humidor rounds off the unique Trinidad flavour, which appeals to smokers who prefer a medium-bodied blend and Habanos with a large ring gauge.
The wrapper, filler and binder leaves specially selected for Trinidad Robustos Extra come from the famous Vuelta Abajo* area in the Pinar del Río* region, Cuba*. These Habanos have been carefully selected by experienced Cuban Torcedores - Cigar rollers „Totalmente a Mano con Tripa Larga“ (entirely by hand with long filler leaves), which creates the unmistakable flavour and quality of these Habanos.
Habanos, S.A. is at the Virtual Travel Retail Expo 2020 alongside more than 70 companies from all over the world with a virtual stand in the Tobacco Pavilion under the Gold category. Apart from the Trinidad Robustos Extra travelling humidor, undoubtedly one of the most anticipated novelties, other prestigious Habanos products will also be on display. Among the highlights will be the new Romeo y Julieta Línea de Oro, the brand's highest quality cigar, with three new vitolas: Dianas, Nobles and Hidalgos. Another highlight is the H. Upmann Magnum 56 Jar, a product that was presented last year at the Cannes Fair and is now available for lovers of this tobacco, which is considered the finest tobacco in the world.

Interesting to know: The name Trinidad is a tribute to the city of Santísima Trinidad, founded in Cuba in 1514 and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988. Trinidad's origins as a Habanos brand date back to 1969; just like the Cohiba brand, for many years it was only issued as a state gift for high-ranking foreign dignitaries. In 1998, the brand was finally made available to smokers around the world, albeit in very limited quantities.
