zigarrenversand.ch has expanded and reorganised the humidor and accessories warehouse in 2021. The next step comes at the beginning of April 2022: they are switching their ERP software and putting an end to paper.

This means that everything that happens after an order is placed will be controlled by new software. Not much will change for the customer, except that invoices will now be sent by e-mail. Internally at the online retailer, however, a lot will change. The company is gradually moving away from paper and will use tablets instead of printed paper. Ultimately, this is all for the sake of the environment, as the online retailer previously needed various printouts for each order.
