On 11 February 2023, Habanos S.A. presented the Coronas de Lonsdales from the Rafael Gonzalez brand for the first time in Lisbon, Portugal. The brand has been around for 90 years and is constantly reinventing itself to surprise its aficionados. The new logo design on the wrappers and boxes gives the cigar a more legible, but above all contemporary look.

Format and tasting of the Rafael Gonzalez Coronas de Lonsdales

The vitola selected is a „Hermoso N°4“ with a length of 127 mm and 48 cepo (19.05 mm). A careful selection of tobacco leaves from the Vuelta Abajo produces these Coronas de Lonsdales. Produced according to the „Totalmente al Mano“ tradition, this blend produces a medium-strength cigar with complex flavours and notes of grass and dark chocolate. The Rafael Gonzalez Coronas de Lonsdales are offered in a natural box containing 10 Habanos.
