1 - How you can win

1. Anyone aged 18 or over who is a member of Zigarren.Zone Social Network can take part.
2. Please fill in the form and send it off.
3. To which countries will the prize be sent? To all countries to which we are allowed to send tobacco products by post as gifts. Except Austria for tobacco products (prohibited by law).
4. All correct entries will be entered into a draw on the date indicated above.
5. Answers given on social media are excluded from the prize draw.
6. You are obliged to take a few selfies of yourself on which the prize can be seen. Please send the photos to genuss@zigarren.zone. A short report will then appear on ZigarrenZone.
7. Your photo will appear on Zigarren.Zone, social media and search engines. Subsequent deletion of the post and/or your photos is excluded.

2 - How you will be informed if you have won

1. The winner will be announced by date as noted above.
2. The winner will be announced in the article.
3. The winner will also receive an email. Please make sure that you write the email address correctly and that your inbox is not full. Please also check your spam folder.

3 - How the dispatch is carried out

1. The prize will be dispatched by Swiss Post worldwide, uninsured, within 1 week of notification of the prize.
2. Applies to parcels sent outside Switzerland; deliveries within Switzerland are excluded. NOT affected: Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc. are borne by the winner, who pays them directly to the relevant office. The winner pays nothing to ZigarrenZone GmbH.

4 - The small print

1. No cash payment.
2. No correspondence.
3. Legal recourse is excluded.
4. Passing on passwords is prohibited; if a member passes on passwords to one or more third parties, ZigarrenZone GmbH will pass the case on to the legal department.
5. No compensation for loss or damage to the parcel and the goods.
6. Zigarren.Zone may amend the prize draw regulations to reflect current circumstances at any time without prior notice.
7. If you receive the prize and don't want to keep it: You may use the winnings not use.
   1. You must CigarZone within 24 hours inform you by email after receiving the prize: verlosung@zigarren.zone
   2. You undertake to pay the winnings within within one week at your expenseZigarrenZone GmbH, Spinnlerstrasse 2, 4410 Liestal - Switzerland
   3. If you do not meet the deadlines, ZigarrenZone GmbH will hand the case over to the legal service.

5 - Guarantee data protection

1. Your postal address and email address will not be passed on or sold to third parties by 100%.
2. All emails will be deleted after the prize draw.
