Dear tobacco retailers in Switzerland, I am Vasilij Ratej, founder and publisher of Zigarren.Zone. I am offering you the opportunity to submit your questions about the new Swiss Tobacco Ordinance to the renowned media lawyer Timotheus Winzenried of Winzenried | Legal free of charge. Please use the web form below and submit your questions by 13.10.24.

The new Tobacco Ordinance, which comes into force on October 1, 2024 and will be implemented gradually, poses major challenges for many retailers. Mr. Winzenried will answer your questions, and the answers will be published in a special blog post on Zigarren.Zone published with password (every retailer who submits questions will receive the password as soon as the contribution is available). This service will be provided free of charge by Zigarren.Zoneto give you clarity in this important phase.
