Blind tasting! Discover new flavour experiences: Take part in the blind tasting test for cigar lovers. Only people aged 18 and over who are resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein are eligible to take part. We are not allowed to send cigars abroad. The application deadline has expired. The 20 participants have been notified.
What is it all about?
I have good news for anyone who has stuck to one or a few brands so far and is reluctant to try something new. I am looking for dedicated cigar lovers who are enthusiastic about testing cigars and would like to share their experiences with others.
As a participant in my experiment, you will receive three exquisite cigars from me - one from Cuba and two from other countries. The three cigars you receive from me are labelled with cigar rings bearing numbers. This way you don't know which brand you are smoking and you can evaluate the cigars objectively.
How the blind tasting experiment works
Your task is to test the cigars and share your impressions in the special forum. Your personal experiences and a photo (or several) of the cigars and the smoking experience are important. To do this, please open a post with the title „Blindtasting cigar no. (number on the cigar ring)“ and write your impressions and the photo of the tested cigar in the special forum. Your personal experiences with the three cigars and the smoking experience are of great importance. You will find the link to the special forum at the bottom of the Resources section.
Taking part is very easy - all you have to do is have an address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and register using the contact form on our website. Participation is free of charge.

Unfortunately, Germany is not allowed to participate
Yes, that annoys me too. You know, tobacco products can be sent to Switzerland from Germany, but not from Switzerland (because it's commercial). And if I send the cigars privately, then it's sometimes super tedious for the recipient in Germany because of customs. I had to experience this last year... It was really crazy what the recipient had to pay for a few cigars... Unbelievable.
