Marie Gerber, Manager Bar &amp; Lounges, s'est comme toujours mise en quatre pour composer deux cocktails qui s'harmonisent parfaitement avec le cigare. Ils contrebalancent les diff\u00e9rents ar\u00f4mes du cigare et renforcent \u00e0 leur tour d'autres nuances de go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marie Gerber et son \u00e9quipe sont cr\u00e9atives et essaient beaucoup de choses. Garniture : ananas s\u00e9ch\u00e9 &amp; coriandre. Pr\u00e9paration : Remuer. Tr\u00e8s fruit\u00e9 (pas trop fort) et le go\u00fbt soutient parfaitement le cigare tendrement amer et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9. Une exp\u00e9rience savoureuse pour moi.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion La Flor de Selva avec 2 cocktail pairings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 super agr\u00e9ablement surprise par le go\u00fbt de La Flor de Selva avec les deux cocktails. Cette s\u00e9rie de cigares l\u00e9gers n'est normalement pas ma tasse de th\u00e9, car elle est trop ennuyeuse pour moi. Mais cette fois-ci, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 flatt\u00e9 par cette La Flor de Selva l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait super agr\u00e9able : noir, un peu acidul\u00e9 et beaucoup d'ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s (r\u00e9tronasal) de grains de caf\u00e9 et de bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La combinaison avec ces deux cocktails a g\u00e9nialement soutenu le cigare. Le premier cocktail \u00e9tait doux, mais pas trop fort, et s'harmonisait parfaitement avec le go\u00fbt d\u00e9licatement amer de La Flor de Selva. C'\u00e9tait un contrepoids bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le deuxi\u00e8me cocktail \u00e9tait alcoolis\u00e9 (pas trop fort) et tr\u00e8s rafra\u00eechissant : l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement citronn\u00e9. Ce contrepoids et cet aspect citrique s'harmonisaient \u00e9galement parfaitement avec la l\u00e9g\u00e8re acidit\u00e9 du cigare et le bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regarde spontan\u00e9ment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour profiter d'un tel plaisir, tu n'as pas besoin d'\u00eatre un client de The Chedi Andermatt. Tu peux venir spontan\u00e9ment t'asseoir dans la Cigar Library. Ou dans le vaste espace ext\u00e9rieur. Le service de cigares est de premi\u00e8re classe et n'a pas son pareil. Les prix des cigares sont ceux pratiqu\u00e9s dans le commerce, sans le suppl\u00e9ment typiquement h\u00f4telier. Tu peux \u00e9galement y trouver des Limitadas cubaines. Selon la marque et la disponibilit\u00e9, ils co\u00fbtent un peu plus cher ou \"tout \u00e0 fait normalement\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour conclure, je dirai une fois de plus <em>Fais bander !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les monstres du cigare d'Andermatt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim-Martin Weber (Executive Assistant Manager) dit : \"Nous sommes des fous de cigares !\" Il savait alors comment les cigares pouvaient devenir un USP (Unique Selling Proposition = argument de vente unique) d\u00e9lirant \u00e0 The Chedi Andermatt. \"Nous faisons ici quelque chose qu'aucun autre h\u00f4tel ne fait ! Soit nous le faisons bien, soit nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons ne pas le faire. Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re solution\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque Tim-Martin Weber a pris les r\u00eanes de l'EAM, les cigares de The Chedi Andermatt \u00e9taient dans un \u00e9tat d\u00e9solant. Personne ne s'en occupait. L'eau de condensation coulait le long des parois de la cave \u00e0 cigares accessible. \"J'ai presque pleur\u00e9 quand j'ai vu \u00e7a\", dit-il. \"J'ai imagin\u00e9 un concept fou et j'ai obtenu le GO de la direction\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un tel changement ne se fait pas du jour au lendemain. Il faut des mois et des ann\u00e9es pour former et enthousiasmer le personnel \u00e0 cette philosophie du plaisir. Il a fallu prendre un nouveau d\u00e9part. La cave \u00e0 cigares a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9vis\u00e9e, les cigares ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partiellement \u00e9limin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Tu as envie de cigares et de reprendre le service de cigares avec une \u00e9quipe ?\" a demand\u00e9 Tim-Martin Weber \u00e0 Marie Gerber en janvier 2018. Elle a tout de suite r\u00e9pondu \"OUI !\" et il a r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9 : \"Vas-y !\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et ce r\u00eave fou est devenu r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Avec beaucoup d'amour du d\u00e9tail, beaucoup de c\u0153ur, beaucoup d'audace, beaucoup de sueur sur le front et \u00e0 d'autres endroits du corps - et surtout beaucoup d'enthousiasme et de passion pour les cigares - l'\u00e9tat d'esprit d'autrefois s'est mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 physique. Comme on le dit si bien : \"Si rien n'est \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, rien n'est \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur non plus. Si tout est \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, tout est \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est exactement ainsi que l'on c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le business des cigares au Chedi Andermatt. Devrais-je mentionner le fait qu'ils ach\u00e8tent des ultra-rapides pour des dizaines de milliers d'euros, de francs suisses et de livres sterling ? Ou qu'ils ont organis\u00e9 pour moi une d\u00e9gustation d'un cigare La Corona, Havane, Cuba, vieux de 136 ans ? Ou qu'ils ont d\u00e9couvert une marque de cigares cubains et achet\u00e9 une bo\u00eete produite \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque de la colonisation espagnole de Cuba et appel\u00e9e \"La Confederacion Suiza\" ? Je ne devrais pas mentionner ce genre de choses, n'est-ce pas ?
