The fibrous leaves allow for a refined maturation that enhances the smoothness, sweetness and complexity in the cigar. Each Yagua bale must be carefully wrapped by hand and closely monitored. It enhances smoothness, sweetness and complexity. My four tastings revealed an exciting detail: two specimens had clearly visible, light-coloured leaf veins, while the other two had a darker, more finely veined wrapper leaf. I didn't find the stronger, lighter-coloured veins at all distracting.
