Error number 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You believe that the tobacco advertising ban only affects manufacturers, specialist retailers and online retailers. That's wrong. It will affect you personally because it will affect your will dramatically restrict the availability of information on cigars and other tobacco-related topics<\/mark>. Would you like to read a tasting article about a cigar? Forbidden because it's advertising. You want to buy cigars in an online shop? Probably only with a login function. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You think you'll still be able to buy your cigar magazine at the newsagents. That may be wrong. The magazines may no longer be publicly visible. Error number 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You believe that you can read websites with tobacco topics in the public domain. This is probably wrong. E.g. online shops, forums, blogs, online magazines, websites of tobacco retailers. If the law requires such websites to have a login function, this will also have serious consequences for foreign websites. This could become a huge problem. After all, a Swiss law cannot dictate to a foreign website that it can only be used with a login function. And if only Swiss websites were to be affected, it would almost be tantamount to censorship. After consulting our lawyer, Zigarren.Zone could possibly sue for discrimination in such a case. We can only hope that the law is made with a sense of proportion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
