2nd and 3rd place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new products for 2021 include the Undercrown 10 Robusto in second place and the Gilbert de Montsalvat Gran Robusto in third place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My palate sometimes says something different<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1st place for the Davidoff Dominicana is well deserved. It is a great cigar! I was surprised that some of my assessments were worlds apart from those of the other participants. The New World Cameroon Short Robusto, for example, ended up in last place. For me, it achieved 1st place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cigars were tested with the Anillas and not \u201eblind\u201c. We knew which brand we were testing. Psychology also plays a certain role. If someone doesn't like the Anilla, they may not like the cigar as much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wrote to Manuel that I would probably have to change my tongue. He replied that \u201ewe old hands have slightly different tastes\u201c. Well, I still feel like an \u201eold hand\u201c but still squeaky clean \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A great way to rate your cigars online. Manuel's has implemented this very clearly and filling in the ratings was self-explanatory and simple. Now Manuel would just have to offer such a tool for all his cigars and customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or even better: for a fee, all cigar connoisseurs could use this tool and rate their own cigars. Of course with stock \/ storage location (i.e. in which humidor these cigars are stored) \/ trigger the order at Manuel's at the touch of a button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
