The art of cocktail creation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Marie Gerber has perfectly mastered the art of cocktail creation, preparation and mixing. She knows which components love each other in the glass and merge to create an exciting pairing, and celebrates mixology at its best with her 16-strong team in The Bar and Living Room at The Chedi Andermatt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A drink can also be thought-provoking, surprising or even \u00absober\u00bb. Sustainability also plays a central role for Marie Gerber. She uses 100 per cent biodegradable rice straws, produces infusions for drinks from coffee grounds and dries lemon, lime and orange slices to decorate her liquid works of art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
