• Du kannst natürlich auch mehr zur Zigarre und zum Davidoff-Genuss schreiben, das ist aber keine Bedingung.

• In den Verlosungs-Topf kommen alle Einsendungen vom 19.12.21, welche die Bedingungen erfüllt haben.

Wann wirst du benachrichtigt, ob du gewonnen hast?

2. In welche Länder wird der Gewinn verschickt? Alle Länder.
3. Fotos / Beiträge in den Sozialen Medien sind von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.
4. You are required to take a few selfies of yourself with the prize on it. Please send the photos to genuss@zigarren.zone. A short report will be published on ZigarrenZone.
5. Your photo will appear on Zigarren.Zone, social media and search engines. Subsequent deletion of the post and/or your photos are excluded.

2 - How to be informed if you have won

1. The winner will be announced by date as noted above.
2. The winner will be announced in the article.

3 - How the shipping is done

1. The shipment will be made by Swiss Post worldwide, uninsured, within 1 week after notification of the prize.
2. Applies to parcels shipped outside Switzerland; deliveries within Switzerland are excluded from this NOT affected: Any customs duties, levies, VAT, etc. shall be borne by the winner, who shall pay them directly to the relevant office. The winner pays nothing to ZigarrenZone GmbH.

4 - The small print

1. No cash payment.
2. No correspondence.
3. The legal process is excluded.
4. If a member forwards the passwords to one or more third persons, ZigarrenZone GmbH will hand over the case to the legal service.
5. No replacement in case of loss or damage of the package and the goods.
6. The raffle regulations can be adapted by Zigarren.Zone at any time without notice to current circumstances.
7. Provided you get the prize and do not want to keep it: You may use the profit not Use.
