9th Portmann Cigar Trophy presented by Davidoff - in Bad Ragaz invited the Urs Portmann Tobacco Products AG to the golf tournament, which partially fell into the water. Just in time for the tee-off it started to rain. But the players were not impressed at all and marched bravely on the course. Later it cleared up, then it rained again and in the evening at the barbecue the sun shone. It was the first time that it rained in between at the Portmann Cigar Trophy.
Golf Club Bad Ragaz
About 100 golfers flocked to the beautiful Golf Club in Bad Ragaz. What a fantastic facility! The lawn perfectly trimmed; Beautiful trees and secluded ponds with grasses and flowers.

The Cigar Trophy is an invitational tournament organized by PORTMANN, the specialist cigar and tobacco pipe store with branches in Kreuzlingen and St. Gallen. The specialist, which has been established for over 50 years, is known far beyond the country's borders. This is the company's most important annual marketing event. To participate in the Portmann Cigar Trophy, one receives a personal invitation from the Portmann family.
Catering and cigars
The snacks on the square were wonderful: freshly cut fruits full of flavor, meatballs with tomato sauce, beef broth and super tasty sandwiches.
